MARK OLDLAND
I’ve been creating sculptural and functional art full time since 1993. I tend to play with the relations between animate and inanimate a good percentage of the time. My medium is primarily metal with glass, stone and wood introduced on occasion.

MATT PARKHURST
Anything metal. I'm available for large or small commission and have several examples in Truckee. Specializing in kinetic sculpture.

TROY CORLISS
Working in the public realm, I have come to understand the ability of art to transform our relationship to our physical environment by evoking a sense of emotional-curiosity, beauty, whimsy and/or a desire for additional investigation. I’ve had the pleasure to serve on several community engaged, architectural design team projects throughout my career and in each case, the collaborative values expressed through the project team becomes a driving force in design development. Public art is the portal within our built environment through which we may discover a common sense of identity and connection with our physical surroundings.

JAY GORDIN
My goal as a knifemaker is to create a cutting tool that is as artful as it is functional. The knife has to feel good in your hand.....ergonomics and balance are important. It has to please the owner in shape, form, fit and finish. I hand forge my blades out of high carbon steel. The handle material I use varies from micarta to elk, deer and moose horn, fossil ivory, exotic woods, leather, brass, copper and silver.
